Lucie Rhéaume is a partner in Groupe Rhéaume, where she runs the day-to-day operations of the businesses the group holds. She is a co-founder of Girl Crush.

Girl Crush makes womenswear built to last. Lucie co-founded it and has built it since launch: the brand has passed 50,000 orders, manufactures in BSCI-certified factories, and opened its boutique at Place Ste-Foy in September 2025.

Lucie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Université TÉLUQ.
