Cecilia Gonzalez is a partner in Groupe Rhéaume, where she oversees how the real-estate projects get delivered: design, construction, and running the buildings as rental assets once they are up.

The group does this work itself rather than contracting it out. That is what made 730 Notre-Dame in Repentigny possible — land zoned for a single house, rezoned, then designed, built and leased as 186 units delivered in phases through to the exit in 2026. The portfolio now runs to Belle-Vue-sur-le-Fleuve in Repentigny and student housing in Ottawa.

Cecilia holds a doctorate in medicine from the University of Havana, a doctorate in military medicine from the Military University of Havana, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from HEC Montréal.
